From an iphone, click the square box with an arrow, as if you're going to share it with someone, then your phone will offer you options and you'll choose the "more" option and then "add to homescreen".
For android users, open HAY in Chrome, tap the three dot menu at the top right corner and select "add to homescreen". Voilà!
